Production & Shipping

Production of our signs takes 5 business days, with 3-4 days of delivery time on average to follow, if we do not run into unforeseen circumstances. Once we ship your sign, it typically takes up to 48hrs for the tracking information to update.

Return Policy

Due to the signs being made to order, we do not offer refunds or replacements for signs that are received as ordered. We are also unable to offer refunds or replacements due to the aesthetics of natural wood, such as wood grain or knots in the wood. If your sign arrives incorrect or damaged, please message us within the first 48 hours of delivery including a photo of the sign. We are able to cancel and refund your order if requested within 24 hours of ordering.

For damage, please message us within 48hrs of delivery with photos of your sign and box and we will resolve the issue as necessary and possible. For signs that show delivered but were not received, please notify us and we will contact UPS on your behalf and further resolve the issue as necessary and possible.

Mockups

You can create a mockup of your sign online! This is the best way to view our fonts, colors, and stain selections all together. We are always improving our mockup tool, so if you find the layered sign preview tool is giving you trouble, we recommend the round sign tool to preview all your customizations together. We will not send a mockup before creating your sign.

Hanging Your Sign

The signs come with a detached sawtooth hanger that can be attached with a screwdriver for easy hanging!

If you did not receive your hanging kit, please notify us and we will be sure to send one to you!

  • How tall will my sign be?

    We measure our signs by width, from the furthest points from left to right. The height of your sign will vary depending on your size selection, text, font, and layout.

  • Can I change the size of my sign?

    The size of your sign cannot be upgraded or reduced after the order is placed.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after the order is placed. To cancel, please reach out to us through the contact form on the contact page.

  • What brand of stain and paint do you use?

    We currently use Minwax brand stain for our signs. Our signs are printed using UV ink. We cannot send color swatches at this time.

  • Can I match a previous order?

    We can match a previous order to the best of our ability, if specifically requested in the notes at checkout. Please note that our colors and stains have changed and might not be a perfect match. Additionally, shorter names might appear taller than longer names, as our signs are measured by total width.

  • Can I create a sign with my logo?

    We can accommodate some custom logos. We would need a high resolution, black line version of your logo to see if it can be accommodated. An AI or SVG file works best, but a high resolution JPG or PNG might work as well. Please contact us via the contact form for more information.
